Results:Of the 723 patients treated with dapoxetine 60 mg, the mean age was 57.4 years (range 21–94 years). The mean dose of dapoxetine was 60 mg taken twice a day, with a median dose of 60 mg (IQR: 60–120 mg/day). The most common side effects were decreased libido and erectile dysfunction.

Conclusions:There was no significant difference in efficacy between dapoxetine and the other phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors, and the only clinically significant adverse events were headache and myalgia.
